Land Acquisition

There is no separate wing to deal land acquisition cases in the office of Chittoor Urban Development Authority, Chittoor. However, for the development of MIG Layouts the following Land Acquisition were taken up. The details are as follows:

1. Kodigunta H/o Thimmasamudram Village, Chittoor Mandal:

It is proposed to develop MIG layouts in Kodigunta H/o Thimmasamudram Revenue Village in Sy.No.81,82,83 & 84 with an extent of 35.25 acres. Hence, the District Collector, Chittoor appointed the RDO, Chittoor as Land Acquisition Officer and it is under process.

2. Oddepalli Village, Puthalapattu Mandal:

It is proposed to develop MIG layouts in Oddepalli Village in Sy.No.12,13,14,15 & 16A with an extent of 12.57 acres. The appointment of Land Acquisition Officer is under process.

3. D.Nellore Village & Mandal:

It is proposed to develop MIG layouts in G.D.Nellore Village in Sy.No.806,811,812 & 813 with an extent of 12.87 acres. The appointment of Land Acquisition Officer is under process.

4. Vepulabylu & Doddipalli Villages, Piler Mandal

In pursuance of the instructions of the   District  Collector, Annamayya , the Tahsildar, Piler, in his ROC.A/158/2022 dt:17.08.2022 has handed over the possession of land pertaining to APIIC to the Vice Chairperson, CHUDA for development of MIG Layout at Piler
